At urbancard.biz, we offer digital visiting and business card services through paid subscription plans, including monthly and yearly billing options. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, renewals, and refunds. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Subscription Plans

Our services are accessible exclusively through paid subscriptions. We offer:

  • Monthly subscriptions (billed every 30 days)
  • Yearly subscriptions (billed every 12 months)

Subscriptions grant access to all premium features and tools available on urbancard.biz during the active period.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to the Billing or Account Settings section, or
  • Contacting our support team at support@urbancard.biz

Important Notes:

  • Cancellations prevent future billing but do not trigger automatic refunds.
  • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly).
  • You can continue using the service until your plan expires.


3. Refund Policy

As a digital product with immediate access to services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy, except in specific, limited situations.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service, and our team was unable to resolve it
  • A billing error occurred on our side

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inactivity or lack of usage
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Dissatisfaction after the service has been delivered

All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

  • Payment reference or transaction ID
  • Description of the issue


4. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access.

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days
  • Yearly plans renew every 12 months

You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges. We send reminder emails before yearly renewals, but not for monthly plans.


5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe you’ve been billed in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
